Better card deal coming

Members will be aware that bira has been in extensive negotiations with debit and credit card acquiring companies including HSBC Merchant Services to address the concerns following their move to transparent pricing earlier this year.

We are delighted to report that we have secured a commitment from both HSBC Merchant Services and another major card acquirer to provide our members with a competitive blended rating structure. We will shortly be announcing full details on who will provide the bira scheme in the future, so please watch this space for further information.
