Lower card charges are what retailers want - and need. bira is preparing to unveil a great new card deal with HSBC Merchant Services that will take the very best credit card rate to just about 0.9%.
The association will make 2012 a great year to benefit from its scheme when it announces the new rates before the end of the first quarter.
