What is the Clearing House and how does it work? The Group Clearing House is a service allowing members to pay all their suppliers with one cheque. Each month all you need to do is simply list the amount to be paid to each supplier on a schedule, total the schedule and send it to the Group Clearing House together with a cheque and any supporting remittance advices or statements. It’s as easy as that! Our staff will take over from there ensuring that all your suppliers are paid on time to meet any appropriate discount terms.
There are three clearance dates - the 10th, 20th and month end. Users have plenty of flexibility in meeting supplier settlement deadlines, as they can utilise one, two or all three clearances each month. A separate schedule and cheque is required for each clearance.
Just £100 per annum paid half yearly on 1st April and 1st October on your schedule. This charge covers you for using all three clearances each month should you so wish. You can budget to pay your suppliers for the sum of £100 per annum.
